Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from responding to your inquiries or sending necessary communications about an ongoing collaboration.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, considering collaborations, maintaining project records, and meeting legal obligations.
Retention depends on whether a discussion is ongoing, a project proceeds, or records are needed to document permissions, agreements, payments, or disputes.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove identifying details. Copies in routine backups may remain until those backups are replaced.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided, or to ask how it is being used.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
